We don’t bolt security on at the end. Threat model and secure-by-design decisions land before the first line of code.
We don’t treat compliance as paperwork. When we help clients reach Cyber Essentials, SOC 2, ISO 27001 or GDPR posture, the controls map onto things we can point at in the codebase. Team Bison itself holds Cyber Essentials (IASME-assessed) — not CE Plus, not SOC 2, not ISO 27001.

The fourth Bison Grid production platform. Bison Track (Vessel Tracking) is the first deployed module, live in production for foundational customer Siem Car Carriers. The platform brings together vessel tracking, voyage cost analytics, cargo telemetry, emissions and compliance reporting, port-turnaround analytics, OEM EDI booking intelligence, charter-yield, and crew analytics — wired to a Claude-powered chat agent so operations teams can ask questions of their own data without leaving the dashboard.

Customer engagements run in phases — Phase 1 covers data ingestion, the launch module pack and AI integration; Phase 2+ adds further modules from the roadmap. Pricing is open and itemised. Specific quotes are scoped per customer.
Data source ingestion setup
Connects external systems (Shipnet, PepLink, StormGeo, DA-Desk, etc.) to the platform. Covers API/export connections, data mapping, transformation and validation. Specific rate within the band by data model complexity.
Dashboard build
Each dashboard scoped and quoted as a fixed build. Simple (single source, read-only) £1.5–2.5k · Medium (multi-source, filters, interactive) £3–5k · Complex (cross-system analytics, calculated metrics, drill-downs) £5–8k.
AI integration setup
Connects the Claude chat agent to ingested data sources, configures query capabilities, and tests. Customer data stays inside the platform — never used to train any models.

Platform infrastructure (modular framework, SSO, data ingestion, API connectivity), unlimited users, hosting, security, updates, standard support. 3-month minimum, then 30-day rolling. Pricing fixed for 12 months from commencement.
Module subscription
Each module connects to ingested data, normalises it, and presents dashboards plus the AI chat agent. Bison Track (Vessel Tracking) sits at £500/mo as launch reference. Other named modules priced within the band by complexity. Custom modules scoped per-customer.
